After you defeat Krauser, you'll fight against Ryo Sakazaki. =>Play as Ryo Sakazaki: Fight and defeat Ryo, then wait for the ending credits to finish. When the demo starts playing up after the credits, wait for "FIGHT!" to appear, and immediately press U L D R <A> U R D L U <C>. You'll hear Ryo taunt if you enter the code correctly. Ryo will now be available in a two player fight. Note that this only works in the home version of the game, which the Virtual Console release is. =>Round 4: If you can reach round four of a fight, often the background will have special surprises. To get to round four, you'd generally have to have a double KO in at least one round. =>Sound Test: Pause the game and press <A> <B> <C> <D> <A>.
